I was looking at the pictures again.
Notice one place where there isn't a rail?
The top. You know, where you want one for a scope?
Perhaps we're supposed to mount the scope on one of the side rails for gangsta levah gat action!

One of the pictures at the SHOT show, er, showed a scope mounted above the receiver. Makes me think it's at least drilled & tapped for scope rings.
ReplyDeleteShow showed? Isn't that when your French light machinegun jams?
ReplyDeleteThe information here says that the .30-30 has a drilled & tapped receiver with included scope rail, and that the .22 has a dovetail mount.
ReplyDeleteWhile factual and informative, it's not very humorous. ;)
ReplyDeleteI wonder if they went with the angle eject heresy. Remember, the 1892 is a JMB.
