Unionization

Like another union, once it has been voted in, there is no opting out.

Seems fundamentally unfair to force people to stay who so earnestly wish to leave.

  1. Another little problem...someone once said "no man may serve two masters." And if you're taking orders from your union leaders and your boss, and they conflict, no matter what you do, one will be mad at you. The boss may fire you, the union boss may well see to it that you have an inexplicable "accident."
