Settled Law

We must fund The Affordable Care Act because Congress passed it and that makes it settled law.  Because it is settled law we must never attempt to repeal it.

Do I have that right?

Because if I do...

The expiration of the so called "assault weapon ban" is also settled law and no attempt may ever be made to reinstate it.

Lemme predict your answer... "But that's different!"

  1. Pointing out that there was a time when slavery was "the settled law of the land" with the Constitution, itself, behind it (which is more than "Obama'care'" can say) makes their little heads asplode.
