Do not go off on a tangent, stay with the topic of the post. If I can't tell what your point is in the first couple of sentences I'm flushing it.

I always thought that the Feds had jurisdiction throughout the United States. When my dad was in the FBI he worked in quite a few different places---I remember him talking about Philadelphia and El Paso.
