When I put the MOE handguards on Dottie I noticed a little 'M' on top near the slip-ring. I'd assumed it meant Magpul or MOE or something similar.

I need to get some pics; my old carbine MOE looks different; it has one more cooling hole and no "C". I don't remember it having the mold lines that the newer ones have, either.
