Hilarious

Sean just renewed his Utah non-resident carry permit.

Looking at the list, I think I might just get me one too.

Washington and Minnesota, where I have friends and family, are off limits with my Florida resident permit.

Looks like I have to take the class again though.

    I recall the Minnesota legislature passes a firearm reform bill each year and governor Target (anti)guns it down each year. Included are reciprocity reforms. He must be scared that all the visiting Iowa, Wisconsin and Illinois residents could carry if he signs it.
