Legislators Change Their Minds

Yes, I am aware of this.

What makes me aware of this is open carry was a "done deal" until committee assignments were made.

Then suddenly bills are withdrawn from committee for lack of support from the members.

Then the talk of breaking the bills apart into their subcomponents to make them more palatable to the various committee members.
