.45 ACP does 2d pi+. That means any damage that penetrates the armor is multiplied by 1.5.
pi is straight damage.
2d pi+ will average 7 points of raw damage that becomes a solid 10 if there's no DR. 2d+2 pi averages 9 points of raw damage that stays 9 if there's no DR.
So .45 ACP does ever so slightly more damage than 9x19mm.
