The several attempts at defining stand your ground and self defense limitations in Florida would not have been needed if prosecutors in a certain geographic portion of the state would acknowledge that "innocent until proven guilty" is one of the cornerstones of American jurisprudence.
The tendency to defer to making prosecutors jobs easier at the expense of the innocent citizens who've had to use lethal force to defend themselves has been rejected, firmly and forcefully by said citizens.
This judge needs to be removed from the bench and disbarred. Unbelievable.
