The bank was normal.
The Post Office was normal.
The only oddity, really, was there's no gas at the gas stations.
I still have my fingers crossed that it's going to hug the eastern coast, sparing me from the devastation at the cost of Miami.

You will note that I no longer say, "where there's no one I know or care about," when I talk about Miami.
DeleteI sure hope the trend of it tracking ever further east continues. There's a nice mid-level shear attacking it too, has the core pressures up some.
