Sadly when "crimes" like this happen in Massachusetts the law looks the other way. It is ONLY applied to people who are "made example of" such as drug dealers and political dissonants.
If the wrong person was to be prosecuted for an innocent crime it might shine a light onto the stupidity of the law, and we can't have that!
