Though I have noticed that the pace of prosecuting the war(s) seems to be more in our soldiers' favor now that the ROE actually allow them to shoot back.

Mayhaps the more days the government, especially the State Department, are off, the less chance of war there will be.

To be pedantic, Mr Obama kept the war started by Mr Bush going, he didn't really start it.

There's times I totally agree that if State took a year off, we'd be no worse off AT WORST, then letting them keep working.
