I Know They Can't Hear Themselves
Fully semi-automatic.
Quasi-military.
Nothing is ever quite what they want people to think it is.
Just like nothing before the "but" matters in a sentence, any descriptor with a qualifier doesn't mean what the descriptor means without it. Sometimes it even inverts the meaning.
With regards to fully semi-automatic, what would be partially semi-automatic?
