Gee, Wish I'd Said That

I explained to the tech on the phone that it was the router.

I used my tablet's cell connection to live chat with a different tech.

He asked after the lights, tried to reset it once and said a new router would be delivered within two to three business days.

    Lovely... At least you're getting one fast, instead of having to wait a WEEK for the #%(*& tech to show up!
