The cops and government in much Florida have decided that "accidental and brief" exposure of a concealed weapon is the same as open carry.

I was going to look for other instances, but ONE is enough when our rights are violated.
Update at 1501:
Florida Carry says that there's about one instance of the police arresting a conceal carrier for brief, accidental exposure per month for the past 8 years since the law was changed to allow, "[someone] who
is lawfully carrying a firearm in a concealed manner, to briefly and
openly display the firearm to the ordinary sight of another person,
unless the firearm is intentionally displayed in an angry or threatening
manner, not in necessary self-defense."
