Soviet Quality Assurance

Willard bought a case of, mostly, Century International Arms Hot-Shot branded Romanian 5.45x39mm 68gr FMJ.

Some still in its 20 round boxes, some loose.

Among the loose were 9 rounds of 1977 made Soviet State Arsenal, Frunze marked 7N6.


Someone had tried to fire two of them to no avail.

    Remove bullet with kinetic bullet puller, save powder, remove dead primer with RCBS Berdan de-priming tool, install new Berdan primer, replace powder, re-seat and crimp bullet. Shoot.
