"late" is better than "the posties decided to send it back because they don't think the address is valid".
ReplyDeleteSaid address being valid, and not only a business renting the location for 12+ years, but previously used by a different business.
Said address not having any delivery issues until the postie that was responsible for routing in that area bid out and was replaced.
And the new guy apparently wasn't briefed on where mail goes.
And the old guy apparently never updated the Big Book Of Addresses that the US Snail refers to for routing.
So, two packages for me were returned, and ???? other mail for that business (where I work) may have been as well.
Me? I'm the poor schlub in the mailroom.
