Apparently, posting this picture to Twitter indicates you're a racist.
One person refusing to do the National Socialist salute is racist? Sharing this picture which is readily available on Wikipedia is an indication of racism?
Hey, idiots, learn the history of the person refusing to salute. It's also readily available on Wikipedia.
I'm not sure how Hawaiian shirts became Klan hoods, but the idiots have long been claiming that anything they don't like or understand is racist.
They've already made it clear that merely not being racist isn't enough to keep you from being racist; and defining racism in incredibly racist ways. They're also hinting that not conforming to their ideals will bring violence to you.
Seems appropriate to have a picture of Fascists in a crowd when talking about them, huh?
Here's one for them.
Herr Landmesser refused to participate in the salute. Actual, real live, nazis didn't physically attack him for it.
How far have you sunk when genuine German National Socialists saluting Hitler have the moral high ground over you?
I've been wearing Hawaiian shirts for over 10 years, now. I always liked them, but preferred brightly colored and patterned Western style shirts. But then those went out of style and I could no longer find them, so naturally graduated to Hawaiian shirts. So, now that makes me a racisssss? Oh well. Guess I better put on my dancing shoes for the Boogaloo, too.
ReplyDeleteRegarding Hawaiian shirts (and now those offshore fishing shirts) maybe because so many concealed carriers wear them, as we all know concealed carriers are all white supremacists.
ReplyDeleteSeriously. Loose fitting shirts and older guys, unless the shirt is tight, there's a good chance the guy (in states allowing such - in clear violation of the 2A because we should be able to carry open, grrrr,) may be packing heat.
Or maybe because Tom Selleck wore them in Magnum PI and we all know TS is a racist or something.
Maybe stemming to that astrophysics guy who wore one while announcing some NASA thing worked right. Because NASA is all about white supremacy.
Landmesser's story is sad. But the prosecutions didn't come until way after the photo, because he was carnally active with his wife, who was a not-person according to the state.
How soon before we see this here in the USA? Wait, already seen it.
It was the lightweight nature that led me to grab a few. Flannel for winter, Hawaii for spring and fall.
DeleteTeeny pocket gun for summer. Fucking Florida heat!
We were Hawaiian shirts at work on Fridays, it's called Aloha Friday. Aloha Friday. Definition: much like the casual Friday equivalent, it refers to the day of the week where the feeling is one of laid-back happiness and leisure, looking forward to the weekend. Often, businesses in Hawaii allow their employees to dress casually on this day.
