Reading Day 10's breakdown on Legal Insurrection, it is darkly hilarious that the expert medical witnesses do agree with the Defense in that there are a bazillion (okay, maybe 9) different ways the subject died, none of which included the 'fatal move' and they both agree there's no sign of excess 'fatal move' being used yet still say the 'fatal move' still was the 'fatal move.'
