Checklist to the fore! Water, food, meds and gas for generator all present, right? I don't know how high above the sea level you are but if not at least 3 or 4 ft, jack up the car(s) and put 2 cinderblocks per wheel to keep the electronics out of water. A friend of mine if Ft. Lauderdale did this during a bad storm a few years back and saved the cars from waterlogging when the street ran a foot+ deep.
Getting water in a minute. Gas too. We're 20' above MSL and 2 miles from the water on the East side of US 19, which forms a sort of dike against the gulf.
