They say it's just a drill, but I've noticed a couple articles about the normal British citizenry being more effective about the incoming tide of immigrants.
I can't help but wonder if this is really a precursor to quelling an incipient rebellion.
But if it is a rebellion starting, I hope they feel free to use the words from our declaration of independence to list their grievances.

My first reaction was it was due to Javier Milei in Argentina making sounds about taking back the Falklands, but I remembered hearing something about some local Brits keeping a boat or a few boats of refugees from coming ashore into their area.
ReplyDeletePerhaps they think the vets are why the protests are working well, and they want to pull what they think is the backbone out of them by putting them back in a uniform.
