Skate Plan

I just had another "brilliant" idea!

Tam will doubtlessly remind me that I am not a lawyer and should not give legal advice.

It's THAT good of a plan!

Start posting to Facebook, Twitter, Blogger or what have you that you're looking to get some machineguns and explosives (be specific about the makes and models and choose current USGI issue equipment).

Wait for the FBI to bring you some.

Get arrested.

Plead innocent on the grounds that the government is authorized to arm the militia, and it doesn't designate an agency for the distribution of those arms.

PROFIT!

What could go wrong?
