Slings And Springs

The replacement spring for the 1911 should arrive today, a day earlier than predicted.

The M1887 sling for the Krag and a new M1907 sling for the M1917 should be here too.

Exciting stuff!

Now, I wonder if I should get some neatsfoot oil to make them a bit more supple.

    Most Tractor Supply stores have neatsfoot oil (and neatsfoot oil compound... avoid this!) On the shelf, somewhere close to the horse tack.
