I color code the mags of different calibers for my ARs. A 6.8SPC will jam in a 5.56 chamber but a 5.56 will chamber easily and 300BLK will chamber in both.
ReplyDeleteI decided to pass on .300 Blackout to keep that problem from happening to me.
DeleteMy 6.8 mags have purple tape around the bases to keep me from getting them confused with the USGI 5.56 mags, and the stakes for getting these two calibers confused is much lower than 300/5.56 is.
