The mouth breathing morons were standing in rapt attention watching the National Felon League select their newest players this evening.
That this "needed" to be televised is extremely confusing to me.
Hockey manages to have a draft every year and you can read about it on the NHL web page if you care, without forcing anyone who doesn't to endure it.
Hockey is so much better than Football in so many ways.
By the way, the NHL is currently running their playoffs, it's more important than who might be playing football months from now and I am getting sick of the NFL stepping on other sports.
Hey! That is one cute sloth. Almost makes me want to go get one for the grands (well at least for the one that is 6YO) not sure about the one in college, but then who knows what today's college kids are like. ;-)

ReplyDeleteThe only thing I want to watch the NFL do is a once or twice yearly rundown of the felons they have and their actions against said felons. But that will never happen, as it is the National Felons' League.
ReplyDeleteI think the NBA,draft is also televised. Since paying for sports channels I never watched was a primary reason for canceling cable I only know what I see in passing. The only draft I care about in a brew pub is the beer, although draft sake is good when you can find it.
