The Better Prepared The Less Likely

The things that I'm ready for never seem to happen.

So we're all set for the incoming tropical storm, Elsa.

The local weatherman we're following is comparing it to Eta late last year.

That was pretty much a non-event here as we're high enough that tropical storm flooding is a not a threat.

    Just purchased another generator today. We have added another freezer to the 2 we already had plus 2 refrigerators. I also have a 5k btu window ac that allows some sleep when the power is off more than a day. My older Yamaha will be maxed out with the added load. Picked up a Horror freight Predator 3500 inverter. Hope it works better than some of the other stuff I've purchased from than place.
    Anyway I figure spending that money will ward off any power outages until the carburetor clogs and it won't run.
