I've read that that the Islamic Republic of Iran has banned the possession and use of a Starlink unit.
They have roving units that detect and triangulate the unit based on its RF emissions.
I have an idea for anyone in Iran looking for an idea.
Place the unit where it will be more likely to be detected by these roving detector units.
Then ambush them.
This eliminates the detection crew, and lets you remove their equipment from the game.

Trap the access, and pre-position some vehicle countermeasures in the most likely parking locations the hunter team would utilize. A heavy haul vehicle with an enhanced kinetic load is basically a guided missile. Dump truck full of sand will do massive damage to electronics and security vehicles by ramming, and the driver has a high survivability probability. Not very survivable for the occupants of the targeted vehicle, though.

ReplyDeleteAnd, of course, Starlink is being given free access to the Persians. Which is pissing off the European Union and the British leaders, probably because if Starlink does it for Persia, then Starlink can be given as free access to said EU and GB.
