If they do offer to return the gun , you have to pay for fbi check and wait 10 days, not kidding.
ReplyDeleteIf I were in the insurance biz, I'd offer to insure lawful gun owners' guns against confiscation. If they were confiscated, I'd pay the owner the market price and turn around and sue the police for that amount. Matter of fact, that might work against a lot of law enforcement bullshit.
