They're worth a bit more than that today.

For a lot of that inflation, you can thank our dear friends, the gun controllers. Every time they start looking like they're going to get some serious gun control, lots of people who never had guns but thought they might want them think "OMG, I've got to buy some now!" and others who have guns but want more think the same thing.
