I'm of the opinion that anyone who survives the event that leads to the award should be given a McMansion, choice of car, free transport via private jet at whim, pay no taxes on anything...

A MoH holder gets, once per award, to slap any current or former president upside the head and say, "You stupid shit!" That would be far more entertaining.
