Dumbass Shitheel Was Involved

I finally got to the bottom of why The Lovely Harvey refuses to make a character and play in our reindeer games GURPS.

I knew she'd had a bad experience with Dumbass Shitheel and a little throw-away fantasy world I'd made for them to play in and for her to learn how to game.

But I'd no idea how bad.

She'd known Dumbass years longer than I had and he'd not only left her hanging, he actively led to her character getting killed.

That was in game.

The way he treated her about it out of game made her say, "I'm never going to do this again!"

Worse, his treatment of her was reinforced by, some, of the people at my table when she hung around an kibitzed when we visited Iowa and from how some of her questions were answered at my 30th birthday party gaming session.

I think I know which people too.

I don't think they're still in FuzzyGeff's group any more.

Hazing and chauvinism are not good ways to get women involved in the hobby, gentlemen.

She got the impression that she was thought to be stupid because she didn't know everything we knew about gaming.

How could a beginner?

She's definitely not stupid.

She was just never given a fair chance at learning the game and then was treated poorly by some people AND overhear them being chauvinistic sexist pricks while I was doing GM stuff.

In a lot of ways I am happy that I lost contact with a few of them.  Might lead to me getting a sore throat from the screaming I wanna do at them. 

Reasons For Quitting Facebook

While the proximate reason I stabbed, "delete account," amounts to a rage-quit...

There's many reasons to never go back to my real-name account.  My nom-du-blog Facebook is still there.

First is the flying monkey effect.  If you're in a debate with someone about a political issue and having an actual reasonable discussion; your friends and their friends can come in and be less reasonable.  Since my "friends" never come in and stand up for me, you can see why this is triple annoying to have it happen repeatedly.

Then there's the censorship.

Then there's the chance one of the flying monkeys decides that the best way to punish me is to get The Lovely Harvey fired or dox us in some other way.

Then there's the expectation that I curtail my thoughts and opinions on a myriad of topics because they're "controversial" while having to endure the opposite position on these same topics silently from others.

I'm left thinking that if all I'm supposed to post is the most superficial and non-upsetting topics, then my "friends" on Facebook aren't at all interested in being friends with me, but a shallow, banal simulacrum of me.  They're willing to tolerate what I think as long as I'm willing to stop thinking it.

And lest one think this is a liberals problem...  I get it from the "I've found GOD! since high school!" group too.

Dig the archives here and you're going to find that I support LGBT issues and don't give a fuck that Planned Parenthood is murdering babies.  I don't have any invisible friends ghost writing books telling me how to be a better slave to them.  <-- Yes, that's phrased very inflammatorily, and with a lot more derision than I actually feel towards all y'all who've found and keep Faith in the face of so much contradictory evidence.

But you will also see that I want smaller government, fewer taxes, smaller taxes, and more liberty FOR EVERYONE.

While I don't give a fuck about abortion, I also don't think that someone who DOES should be forced to pay for it.  Especially if it's the invisible friend objection and tax money is doing the funding.

Just remember The Shitheels don't do abortions and they're devouring tax money hand over fist in assistance payments.  Abortion is cheaper and eliminates Shitheels, we need more abortion not less in this case.  I support your right to not pay for abortions, will you support my right to not pay for Shitheels?

While I support LGBT stuff, I support LGBT stuff for adults.  Not minors.  You turn 18 and wanna go through the process of having your junk cut off, have at it.  If you're 11 and think you want to change permanently, NO.  And no to your mom.  And no to gender bending drugs and hormones, especially ones which will cause hellish side effects come puberty.  Speaking of which, puberty might just change how you feel.  Puberty often DOES change how many young trans people feel about it, perhaps most.  Getting out of your home town and away from your parents often changes how you feel about it too.  I looked it up.

The Other Side

If you don't want to have children, don't have vaginal sex.

It's really that simple.

Use your hands, mouth or ass.

Hell, use anything that causes friction, just do not insert into ONE particular hole.

Not even a little bit.  Not even if they promise to pull out.

Use protection anyway!

People who say they cannot use protection and or get abortions because of some form of Christian faith.  That had better be your wife you've knocked up.  Another Dumbass Fuckwad Shitheel example!  Can't use protection because Catholic, yet is seemingly free to be an adulterer.  HEADDESK

You see, if you don't get pregnant or get someone pregnant, there's no debate about abortion at all!

And a great deal of this falls right down to, "why yes, you have rights; but every right comes with responsibilities."

You have a right to fuck.  You are also responsible for the consequences of fucking.  If you cannot or will not be responsible, then stop fucking.

Where's my right to not be responsible for your actions?  Because when you pawn your spawn off on any of the various government assistance programs you are most assuredly making me financially responsible via taxation.

And if I have responsibilities, I get rights.  I get a say.  But that's another topic.

Abortion is the, bar none, stupidest method of birth control ever devised.  It is not a zero risk procedure.  It is not taking responsibility for the consequences of having sex, it is evading them.  Evading them in a morally questionable manner; definitely a sinful manner if you self identify as any of the three major monotheisms.  Also a sin, sex out of wedlock.  (If you self identify as a Christian, for example, there's a book that comes with your Faith that explains all this.  Try reading it.)

It is immoral to force people to force people, via government, to pay for something they have religious objections to.  There's that 1st Amendment again.  Government is forbidden to force me to obey YOUR religious prohibitions and is likewise forbidden from forcing you violate yours. (Yes, I know this is ignored).

Remember rights come with responsibility; forcing a Christian to pay for abortions means they have a right to demand the procedure be conducted in a way that maximizes the discomfort of the subject.  To demand that each procedure be accompanied by mandatory lectures on moral turpitude.

You really want a right to an abortion, assume the responsibility for the whole thing without subsidy.  It's fascinating to me that this right derived from a penumbra of the 4th Amendment requires government assistance where the 1st Amendment doesn't compel the government to subsidize a printing press or broadcast tower for my personal use.  The 2nd Amendment, by this rationale, should mandate that I be given a government financed firearm and training in its use.

I am an Atheist who does not mock or fear Judeo/Christian values.  They are were the backbone of what was the basis for American exceptionalism.  Those values did form the framework that is American culture.  One thing I rail against is people who wish to have the benefits of this exceptional culture without participating in it.  If you don't want to be a member of this culture, go away and find a different one.  What you are doing is breaking a successful culture.  This too is another topic (and pro-choice is not alone in its attempts to make wholesale changes without considering what the long term effects of the change are).

Not This Again...

Note: this is a free-form rant/vocalization not a mission statement or manifesto.  Actual position on this topic might be more fluid/flexible than it may appear.

I get that abortion is a hot button issue.

No denying it.

Here's something the pro-life side might consider...

Tone down the murderer rhetoric.  Screaming, "ABORTION IS MURDER!  YOU ARE A MURDERER AND MUST BE PUNISHED!" is not a winning argument.

Convince, not force.

You know, like you believe and advocate about any other position?

The reason the whole murderer thing is an actual line in the sand item for people who were pro-choice but may now come to agree with you is brutally simple.

It's entirely possible that a pro-choice person has had or has paid for an abortion.

If you manage to successfully legislate abortion as murder; murder has no statute of limitation.  Your "burn the witch" fervor on the topic definitely convinces them that once it's declared murder then what's a medical procedure now will be declared a methodology of homicide and the doctor's records will be used to prosecute them.

Stop scaring them!  You might find a more receptive audience if your approach includes some forgiveness.

While we're equivocating:  The core assumption with many pro-life arguments is the embedded embryo has the potential to become a person.  Ignoring that it is not yet, and will not be, a person for quite a while (and the moment of personhood is a VERY subjective event).  I'm familiar with the "potentiality" lines of thought for banning an activity.  I learned it from gun control.  Because my AR has the POTENTIAL to do some very nasty things, we must ban them.  You don't accept this rationale with guns, why do you use this logic with babies?  Don't even fucking try to say, "but this is different!"  Just don't.

I'll even come out and say it.  Abortion is wrong.  It is at the least, a waste.  Abortions are a solution akin to closing the barn door once the horse has already fled.  The actual problem is that people who don't want to have children are having sex.  Fix that and the abortion question becomes meaningless.

There's another fly in the ointment here too.  A prominent portion of the people who are pro-life are also very much against children learning anything at all about sex.  Since the age where "children" reach sexual maturity is well before they reach legal adulthood; we have a problem.  Biological imperatives are difficult to suppress and near impossible without sure knowledge that denying them is for the greater good.  Just saying that sex is wrong will probably not get you there, kids ask "why?" and "God says so" or "you're not ready to" isn't going to be strong enough.

Never mind that there's lots of sex that can't lead to pregnancy that could be going on that slakes the urges; isn't that preferable to unwanted babies?

Never mind that the blanket pro-life position assumes that these people are worth saving.  My oft repeated Shitheel example(s) lead me to think that some abortion, and straight up execution, would do the world a great deal of good.  Preventing Dumbass Fuckwad Shitheel having his first three children would have saved us from three counts of welfare from cradle to 18 then fifteen MORE counts of welfare...  Guess what his grandspawn are learning...  They are not learning to be people, they are learning to be parasites.  Killing them in the womb would have been CHEAPER.

But you never know...  One of them POTENTIALLY could break out of the cycle and become a model citizen, so I suppose we have to give them the chance.

The pro-life plan has to include a prevent Shitheel clause.  They always cite their Catholicism as the reason for not using birth control or having an abortion.

In Perfect World™ there are no unwanted children and every baby is born into a loving, welcoming home.  In real world there are unwanted children.  Which is actually better?  Dying before you are born or spending your entire childhood being raised by people who don't like you and wish you'd never been born?  In the latter case it's a pretty miserable existence, because my Dad didn't want me to be born and resented my existence right up until the State stopped garnishing his wages for child support.  I, in turn, will resent his treatment of me until the day he dies.  Should be soon.

Good News!

If you bothered to get a carry permit, you are very unlikely to be the kind of person who breaks the law thus generating a search warrant for your house.

Bad News!

If you are one of the teeny minority that does get searched, it'll be a no-knock-shoot-the-dog style warrant service.

I look at this from the perspective of someone who has both a carry permit, and has had the cops serve a warrant twice since getting the permit.

He hit his wife and absconded the first time.  The wife thought, perhaps, that he'd run to my place since he was (WAS) a long time friend of The Lovely Harvey.  I had just gotten up to take a leak and saw someone in the back yard.  I was on the way back to the bedroom for a light, phone and a gun when the cops knocked.  There was a bit of comedy since they didn't actually HAVE a warrant to search OUR property.  I insisted that they get one before they came in, and would they like some of the coffee we're brewing since we're all up now?  It took all of ten minutes for a real warrant to show up at my door with Dumbass' name on it and my address.  By that time the cops were damn sure he wasn't there anyway and before the search really got started, they'd found him at his girlfriend's house (the reason Mr and Mrs Shitheel were fighting in the first place).  The cops, deputies really, were understanding about the need for the warrant and polite to us.

This was his first arrest for hitting his wife.  Not his last.  Several more arrests, convictions, time served, parole/probation, divorce.  She bailed back to Iowa, and he followed her without permission from his probation officer.  This led to a bench warrant for his arrest being issued.  A traffic stop in Iowa revealed two things; first he had no license, second the warrant.  Further, we found out that neither Iowa or Florida is willing to spend a penny to process such a warrant and send the fugitive back here.

A bit later...  Things seem to have been patched up between everyone.  Dumbass and Harvey are talking again and we're assured that this whole warrant thing is taken care of, all legal and shit.  He and his new bride plan a trip down here to see a Buccaneers game and visit his grandkids from Son One's Ex Wife One.

Things were going well until the fourth night...  I have irregular sleeping hours so I am up trying to get an Apple AirPort Extreme to stop blinking "PROBLEM"...  Knock on the door at 3am...

Yeah, that arrest warrant that was all taken care of?  Nope.  He took the refusal to extradite as meaning it was expunged; you know, without checking with a lawyer or anything.

So they knock, I say, "who's there?"  They say, "Sheriff's Office with a warrant for Dumbass Shitheel."  Me, after seeing the warrant, "he's in the spare bedroom, c'mon on in."  Dumbass, to this day, is convinced Harvey dropped a dime on him.  He's stopped speaking to us, and I am fine with that because without contact from him, I stopped being contacted by the Sheriff in the wee hours of the day.

But notice that not once did the cops need to break down my door or shoot my dog?  There is assuredly more than a gun here.  Heck, we even looked up the laws about locking them all up when we had a felon visiting.

Jasmine Is Zeroed!

Back from the range.

Swapping the lowers meant swapping the rear sight, that means the zero can be affected.  It was.

Took a half turn of the adjustment screws to the right to get her dead on.

Zeroed with Mag-Tech (Brazilian) 150gr, all was well.

Then I tried to use up some ammo that I'd bought in '95 or so that I had originally given to Dumbass Shitheel (before he started beating his wife and when he owned a .308 rifle).  The stuff wouldn't chamber and would get stuck trying to get it out.  Gave up on that and changed over to some surplus Czech stuff.

The Czech stuff shot great, but it was corrosive so there was much cleaning to do when I got home.  I spritzed the bore with some windex before packing up at the range and blasted it pretty good again when I got home, then some WD40 to chase out the windex and then my normal thorough cleaning job.

Fathers

Today seems a good day to post this rant.

I am generally opposed to welfare because a couple of personal examples.

Dumbass Fuckwad Shitheel is first.  Dumbass has never ascended much past minimum wage in his entire life.  He's on his third wife and is the admitted father of six kids.  He's an adulterer too, so there's likely many more children of his creeping around out there.  Dumbass and his family receive more in tax "returns" than he pays and they receive every form of assistance available.  If it ended there, it might not be so bad.  Dumbass was also a deadbeat dad who "allowed" child support recovery to garnish his wages; incurring extra cost for us to pay his responsibilities.  Dumbass has a temper and has been jailed several times for domestic violence.

His eldest sons are following in his path.

His eldest, Orca, has fathered seven SIX kids of his own with two wives.  He's gone the extra step of getting fat enough to be declared disabled by his mass.  Negative tax payer, full welfare bennies.

Number two or three (lost track) was following this trajectory but is in prison for nearly beating his infant child to death.  That is not an exaggeration.

Wife two and kids four and five seem to be thriving without governmental assistance now that they are clear of Dumbass.

Wife three and child six (currently an infant) are still up in the air.

Dumbass' sister, Bubblebrain, is the female version.  Two kids, min-wage, welfare.  No man in the house, she's a widow; but she's not a good judge of character about the scumbags she brings in on a, literally, monthly basis.  One of the kids has been a medical train-wreck since day one.  He should have died in the delivery room but thanks to us tax-payers nearly a million dollars, again not an exaggeration, of life-saving medical care was applied.  If this clan had the potential to ever pay taxes this would not bug me, we'd make it back eventually.

The rankling thing about this saga has been the level of entitlement presented.  They deserve this money.  It's theirs!  When the males of this tribe have committed violence they circle the wagons and begin a litany of apology/justification for the actions.

It's sick.

The Shitheel family is not an exceptional case in the bottom ranks of our society, but a typical example. It's self perpetuating and will not fix itself.

While a child may not get to choose its parents, a child will learn what their parents teach.  I say that if we have to pay for these kids through our taxes we should have 100% say in how they are raised and they should be raised by someone we approve of.  I cannot help but think that breaking up the Shitheel home in 1985 would have put Orca on a better track than learning what he did at his father's knee.

The Dazzling Parental Success Story That Is Shitheel

Dumbass Fuckwad Shitheel's second son, Ratfuck, has been convicted of beating his kid severely. He's landed five years in prison for it.

I cannot help but think that if Dumbass' father had been a better father and/or that if Dumbass' had broken from that mold then Rat would have not followed the same pattern.

I can't lay this all on Dumbass' lap though: The younger two kids from wife 1 were given to the custody of the mother's parents when the mother (wife 1) consistently failed to pass numerous drug tests. Dumbass never effectively mounted a campaign to gain custody himself.

Watching from the sidelines, I saw that both of these families were abusive and I watched the State take no interest until now.

What did Eric say about the wheels of justice grinding slow and fine? Maybe this will jar them into fixing their crap before another one becomes a felon. More likely, denial will be the mode of operation.

A Dee Lightful Tale

This is Dee, The Lovely Harvey's 10/22 International.

I added my ancient Aimpoint 1000 to her because the iron sights suck, hard.

The tale of Dee is bittersweet. Harvey originally bought her to give to Orca Shitheel for his 14th birthday. It was given to his dad, Dumbass Fuckwad Shitheel, in trust until Orca Shitheel was old enough to take it for himself. Before Orca Shitheel turned 18, Dumbass Fuckwad Shitheel was convicted of the first of several felonies. So Dumbass Fuckwad Shitheel sold his guns and we insisted that Dee come back to us because it was not Dumbass Fuckwad Shitheel's to sell. He agreed.

We put some conditions on Orca Shitheel to take possession. First he had to take some sort of firearms safety class. Second he had to purchase some sort of locking cabinet if he was going to keep it at home with his kids.

Orca Shitheel completed step one by finishing Basic Training. That's the class I took, so I can't insist he take more. Harvey took the Florida mandated concealed carry class; which is more. Not asking for anything we don't do ourselves. Orca Shitheel never completed the second. Again, we am not asking him to do anything we are not.

Right after Orca Shitheel got out of the Army he got in our faces about his gun. "Got that cabinet?" we asked.
"No! Why should I need one? It's MY gun!"
"Sorry, but it's our gun and we said that we'd give it to you if you met certain, small, requirements before we gave it to you. You have not completed the second, small, requirement, so the gun is not yet yours. Since you are being so petulant about it (Harvey really said petulant!) we withdraw our offer to give it to you."

So we kept it. Harvey named her Dee in honor of Orca Shitheel who has named each of his five (5!) children with a name beginning with 'D'.

The Aimpoint has a happier story. I bought it in 1990 just because something like that was cool! I mounted it on my Mini-14 in a B-Square mount. When I dumped the Mini, I kept the scope and put it on my Entreprise L1A1, when I sold that to Anglave, I sold the scope to FuzzyGeff to mount on his Bushmaster M17S. There it sat on the Bushmaster for years until FuzztGeff sold the rifle. I suggested he sell the scope to Marv and Marv mounted it on his AR-15. It didn't suit Marv, so he replaced it with some cheap Chinese Airsoft clone of a EOTech 553. I offered to buy it back from him and it is now on Harvey's 10/22, a Ruger like the Mini-14. It's also on a B-Square mount. Almost like it's gone full circle.

Creationist Screed

I am willing to concede that the universe was created by God if you are willing to concede that He made it the way that it appears.

Hell, I will be willing to concede creation if you are willing to willing to take seven days and multiply them by 3.65x10^11.

I'll be willing to concede that abortion is murder if you'll concede that wiping the seed of families like The Shitheels off the face of the planet is a net good.

I'll concede that insulting Islam is wrong if you'll concede that they have to apologize for all the murders.

Something I Remembered

Way back when, in or around 1985-1986 Dumbass Fuckwad Shitheel and I talked about what kind of guns we'd get if we had the money.  Of course, we didn't have the money then, so...

I had Galil lust something fierce then.  Dumbass Fuckwad Shitheel wanted a CAR-15.

I have learned a lot about guns since then and my lust for a Galil ARM has subsided a lot after experiencing the reality of hauling a gun that heavy around.

Dumbass Fuckwad Shitheel never did get enough money together to buy that CAR-15 and has become a felon who can't own one now.

The Lovely Harvey and I both own carbines that could arguably be called CAR-15 clones.  The XM177E2 clone is also in that mold.  I think FuzzyGeff should get one now.  That way everyone who didn't want one then has one and the one person who did, doesn't.  There's a symmetry to it, don't you think?

Damn but the woulda-shoulda-couldas are strange.

Poverty

I rant and rage a bit about Welfare. Some people don't understand why I get so damned upset about the useless dangling from Uncle Sugar's Teat.

Because I was honest to Gohd poor once! I am not any more.

What got me out of poverty in childhood was the hard, honest work of my mother. We got government assistance for one whole month before some apparatchik decided that the child support that my father wasn't sending put us over some etherial line and made us ineligible.

I returned to a level of poverty because of my stupid decisions later on. My fault, but some honest work and better judgement later, I am not what I would call poor.

My experience has left me some things to look for when deciding if someone else has really been poor or is just putting on the mantle.

I tend to fixate on the food items.

The Lovely Harvey comes from poverty as well. Her family was ineligible for welfare because her mother was married and Bubba supported his family. Hard work has put The Lovely Harvey out of poverty as well.

We're bitter because we watch people like Thunder McThighs and Dumbass Fuckwad Shitheel spawn child after child get welfare for being irresponsible. We're sick of watching them get more money from a tax 'return' than they paid in taxes, sometimes thousands more. We're sick of the government moving these dregs of society into the house next door and paying their rent for them while they destroy the house and suck my property value down with it.

Hard work and responsibility boot-strapped both of our families out, we expect nothing less of others.

PS, The Boy doesn't get a penny of support from Gubmint. The Lovely Harvey apparently makes too much to qualify.

Thoughts On Shitheel

First, a recap;

Dumbass Fuckwad Shitheel, as we all know, is in jail for violating his probation.

His eldest son, by wife 1 of 3, Orca Shitheel believes that The Lovely Harvey turned Dumbass Fuckwad Shitheel in. I didn't and have no reason to believe The Lovely Harvey did. Leading suspect is Orca Shitheel's first wife from the way she's behaved since she met Dumbass Fuckwad Shitheel and Wife 3 of 3 for lunch the day before his arrest.

Wife 3 of 3 is a total nutcase, absolutely co-dependent.

Dumbass Fuckwad Shitheel has not communicated with anyone except Wife 3 of 3 unless they happen to be sitting in the room when he called Wife 3 of 3. Since we do not live in Iowa, we have not had any communication from him since he went to jail. The Lovely Harvey has written several times. Via Wife 3 of 3 we know that he has written to Wife 3 of 3, and nobody else.

Orca Shitheel has been spreading all kinds of lies and half truths about The Lovely Harvey and I since Dumbass Fuckwad Shitheel got arrested. I think he's more motivated by our refusal to fund his move from Iowa to Florida than anything else.

Dumbass Fuckwad Shitheel is scheduled to be released on 18May08. Because he's made no attempt to contact us, in fact he's refused our request for visitation, I don't feel inclined to join in any celebration of his release. I will fight against him coming to my house ever again. I will advise The Lovely Harvey to not communicate with him, his wife, his children, his ex-wives, ex-girlfriends, and his children's wives, ex-wives and girlfriends.

I am not a huge fan of how law enforcement operates in this day and age. Dumbass Fuckwad Shitheel has brought the police into my house with his bullshit four times to date. I don't want the cops here unless I called them. The laws are especially gray about whether a felon, like Dumbass Fuckwad Shitheel, can be in my gun-owning house at all. I think it's legal for me, but not him, and would prefer not to test that post-arrest.

His eldest is another thorn. Orca Shitheel's bad-mouthing of us has affected my mother-in-law's job. If Dumbass Fuckwad Shitheel had a sense of honor, he would do something about his son. Condemn Orca's behavior vocally if nothing else. I get the impression that he'd be proud of how Orca Shitheel behaves. I base this belief on how Orca Shitheel is following an identical pattern of being a loser as his dear old dad.

Dumbass Fuckwad Shitheel has fathered five children that have been paid, predominately, by welfare. Orca Shitheel has three, with a fourth on the way, again paid for by welfare. Dumbass Fuckwad Shitheel's sister has two, paid for by welfare. Number two son has at least one, guess who paid? Notice a pattern?

It is the example of this family that makes me believe that we should not pay a single penny more on welfare. What welfare has bought is three generations of mistreatment and abuse. When we've been interviewed by agents of the state investigating Dumbass Fuckwad Shitheel, I got the impression that the Shitheel's are typical not exceptional. I don't want to pay to perpetuate that.

The fun does not end with Dumbass Fuckwad Shitheel release from the Pasco County, Florida, jail. He has a warrant for his arrest in Story County, Iowa for failure to appear and leaving the county while under bond. "I was in jail!" is not a good explanation when defending your failure to show up in court.

The Dumbass Fuckwad Shitheel Saga Continues

Dumbass Fuckwad Shitheel took it well when they arrested him. Resigned is how I would put his demeanor.

His eldest son, Orca Shitheel, first accused his ex-wife of calling the cops on Dumbass Fuckwad Shitheel. Now he has accused Harvey in the comments on her blog.

First things first, Orca Shitheel: Dumbass Fuckwad Shitheel did indeed commit the crimes that he was convicted of. Dumbass Fuckwad Shitheel did indeed violate his probation by leaving Florida and moving to Iowa. The reason Dumbass Fuckwad Shitheel is in jail now is not because he was turned in by an "anonymous female caller" but because he violated his probation! If he had recognized his marriage to Tracy as a lost cause two years ago and finished his probation the police would have had no cause to arrest him.

Secondly, when one is a fugitive from justice, one must accept that one might be arrested at any place or time. The likelihood of being arrested increases as you get closer to the jurisdiction that issued the warrant for your arrest. That means that even if Iowa and Florida don't wish to pay for extradition when your records are pulled that does not mean that Pasco County, Florida will not snatch you up when you drop into their laps. And when such a Sword of Damocles is over your head, you make damn sure everyone who knows you are in the area of the original warrant is someone you can trust to not call the police! EVERYONE.

It was an "anonymous female caller." That is all the hard information there is about who called. That person had to know that Dumbass Fuckwad Shitheel was here and either my last name or our address. That's a pretty damn small pool of people. Additionally, they need a reason to turn him in, a motive. All of the people with grudges, don't seem to have the address.

Fishy things:

Crackwhore Shitheel (ex wife of eldest son) saw him the day before and as soon as they parted company she stopped answering her phone. She seemed unsurprised that Dumbass Fuckwad Shitheel had been arrested when I asked her the next day, before anyone here had time to call anyone. She acted suspicious, but doesn't really have a reason to screw him.

Orca Shitheel and Totally Clueless Shitheel (eldest son and his wife) sure seem worked up over this. Slinging accusations all over the map. And isn't Totally Clueless Shitheel a female? It sure seems like they are protesting too much. Almost like they have a guilty conscious. But they also don't seem to have motive to do this.

Ashamed Shitheel (daughter) is a female. She knows our last name well enough to tell the cops how to find here. I've heard that she's mad a Dumbass Fuckwad Shitheel for something about Orca Shitheel. I don't know what, just a rumor. If she is mad, then she did have motive. I just don't see her caring enough to do anything to him.

Escapee Shitheel (ex wife #2) is a female, she's got motive, she knows where I live. She seems to have let bygones be bygones and did seem genuinely surprised that he'd been arrested when The Lovely Harvey talked to her.

Crab Slinging Skank (ex girlfriend) has motive. She's a female. I don't think she knows my last name or address, but anything is possible. This is where I would put my money since I am not exactly hiding where I live.

Mrs Shitheel No. 3 (current wife) is a female, doesn't seem to have a motive, definitely knew where he was the whole time. If it's her then she deserves an Oscar for the performance after the arrest!

Sneakey and Spiteful (former best friends of Dumbass Fuckwad Shitheel's) know where I live and have a motive. I am uncertain if they knew he was coming down.

Any other women in Dumbass Fuckwad Shitheel life?

If it had been us we would certainly not have allowed him to stay here. Harvey and I are none too fond of the cops and don't want them here, ever. We would also have made a point of calling the police before he could go to his football game on Sunday, we're vindictive! We took Dumbass Fuckwad Shitheel at his word that things had been settled and stuff had expired.

Dumbass Fuckwad Shitheel was arrested for his probation violation last night.

Two counts of probation violation and no bond because of his extreme flight risk.

Well, not really.

Today is a bit rocky. Today is my mom's birthday. First one since she died and I am in a foul mood.

In typical man fashion I want to curl up in a cave, lick my wounds and be left alone.

Dumbass Fuckwad Shitheel and Mrs Shitheel No. 3 are in from Iowa. It's not their fault, but their presence is invasive and not entirely welcome under the circumstances.

I'll be OK, this is part of the grieving process, it just sucks. Suckage is also part of the grieving process.

God Is Dead And I Can Prove It

Totally Clueless, ex Mrs Orca Shitheel, CONVICTED OF FELONY CHILD NEGLECT has been awarded custody of her children. Dead Link Do a search for Totally Shitheel at that site. Note that she is still on probation for the crime until 2009! Three years left on her punishment for neglecting these same children and they hand them back to her? WHAT THE FUCK, OVER?

Fucking judges are just fucking stupid. Judge William Webb, when these kids are suffering because of your decisions, I hope that you at least feel guilty about what you did.

She called here and expected me to be happy for her. Totally, how am I supposed to feel happy for you when I know that you aren't going to be a good parent. I know your work schedule, and Musclebound. You are going to be gone all morning and he is gone all day. Who is going to take care of them? You don't make enough collectively to pay a daycare.

If you live in Pasco County, Florida; vote NO to Judge William Webb's retention next time he is on the ballot.

Taxes

Being a minarchist, I view the government as a necessary evil.

But it seems like we do taxes all wrong. Property taxes are punitive for owning something. Income taxes are punitive for working. Sales taxes are punitive for spending. Capital gains taxes are punitive for successfully investing. Inheritance taxes are, in a way, punitive on saving. Why on earth would I want to own anything or get a job to buy it? Especially when I can get paid tax free to be dead broke.

The message is "I see that you are supporting the economy, bend over."

And no, I have no solution to this problem. But it would sure be nice to know that the Shitheels no longer devoured my total tax contribution every year. It makes me feel like I am not getting the things that I feel the government is legitimate in supplying. Like roads, fire departments, police, military, post offices and stuff like that. But handing Dumbass, Crackwhore, Escapee, Orca, Childbeater, Illegit, Ashamed, Hopeful plus the two Totally Clueless' and their spawn $5-7k a year EACH just for not having a job and porking out kids? This way of doing things means that there are two families using the legit stuff without contributing to their maintenance. My family's contribution is negated by the redistribution to theirs, and they do not contribute.

And to what end? That earned income credit helped Dumbass' kids so that they could escape and become productive members of society, right? Actually, no. All three of his sons are following his template. Fuck, marry, lose job, divorce, welfare, and dead-beat on child support. And to think, if we had just let Orca, Childbeater and Illegit STARVE and put Dumbass and Crackwhore in jail for not feeding their kids we would have broken the cycle. And this is not the only example of this that I can put names to. (cough) Thunder McThighs (cough)
