There are variants of the HEAT round that are identical in GURPS terms.
Same same for the Canister round.
These stats are for the M162 gun in the M60A2, but the M81 gun in the M551 is identical in game terms.
They're mostly identical in real terms, but the differences in mounting added up quick.
PS: Did you notice that M162 is double M81? The '60's did this a lot.
The M219 is simply M73 tripled. "Third time's the charm!" It wasn't.
