It occurs to me that I know two deadbeat families that are on the dole and keep pumping out kids.
They don't use birth control and reference God as to why.
Since we have separation of church and state, shouldn't people who are breeding for religious reasons be denied state funding?

Were I an Evil Overlord (after I stood whoever invented that goddamned automatic phone-answering tree system up against the nearest wall and had him shot dead) I'd make not reproducing further a sine qua non for getting welfare. You want freedom to pop out as many kids as you can? Fine...just do it on your own nickel!
