Day 2.
MUCH easier. I made laps around the neighborhood this
time. The ground is more level and I can't get a mile and a half away
and realize that I need to get home but am pooped.
I don't know
the distance but it was a good half hour of medium exertion. My muscles
are rubbery and I am a little short of breath.
This is not at all like Monday where I was gasping for breath and my heart was pounding for an hour after.
