So, OK, I couldn't stop at just 5 Mosins. I've even got a couple of those Chinese Type 53s around here somewhere. I remember back when they were selling those in 6 packs at the surplus store down on Grand Ave in Des Moines. I also took advantage when Centerfire Systems was selling 6 packs of "battlefield pickup" Russian Mosins. $39 each plus shipping. Those were the days. When you could get cases of Czech or other combloc surplus 7.62x54R for under $100 and shoot all day for a few bucks with something with a little more (OK a lot more) boom than .22LR.
