WTF?

Today's most misquoted statement. Presented out of context, just like everyone else. Seems like he's got his head on straight, doesn't it?

Well...

He goes on to basically blame the US for creating the circumstances that lead to the murderers losing their empathy.

Nope, Barry, wrong again.
