Space

I just watched a BBC doc, "James May on the Moon".

The Apollo program and the moon landings are emotional for me.

I am proud that those are my countrymen, and that the flag of my nation is on the vehicle.

I tear up.

Then I get mad.

We have not been past low earth orbit since.

When I think all we had to do was let all those worthless fucks on welfare starve to achieve Mars or the asteroids, I cannot help but feel robbed because those fucks would not have starved. They would have gotten jobs. It's a falsifiable hypothesis. Cut off welfare and watch them kill illegal Mexicans for the jobs. Win win if you ask me.
