While my new barrel is lighter, the late M4 stock is heavier. The slip-over muzzle device is also adds mass where I don't want it, 0.39 lbs. more. So I have changed over to an M16A2 flash-hider.
It ruins my "what-if" story a little bit, but makes her so much handier.
