Low Bar

Dear smart gun manufacturers.

You have to at least be as accurate...

Six shots, five yards.

and as reliable as...


... a Jennings J-22.  A pistol famed for being unreliable, and this example fired fifty rounds without a single failure today and gave honest, reliable groupings.

    5 Yards??? That's almost fist fighting range. You don't even have to practice hitting someone at that distance.

      I assure you, with a J-22 you most certainly DO have to practice hitting someone at five yards.

      You can't defeat random error by practice. if the weapon is that bad, the only thing practice is doing is helping you on your loading-reloading-clearing a stoppage times (not that there is anything wrong with that either).
