Stone Knives And Bearskins

We are embarking on putting up a broadcast television aerial.

Turns out there's lots still being transmitted over the air and the inlaws want to watch it.

They cut the cord and find they miss a couple of shows from the "local programming" section of cable.

    We get something like 40 TV stations over the air here in the KC area--ABC, CBS, NBC, Fox, four different PBS channels, a bunch of home shopping channels, MeTV and AntennaTV that play old rerums, Grit--a Western station, Grio and Bounce (aimed at black audiences), Story (biographies and reality), some true crime, as well as a host of religious TV stations.
