Sadly, it is wishful thinking. The subjects of the totalitarian regime in China have never known freedom nor have their ancestors in recorded history. The idea that there would be any chance of any significant regime change even if the economy of China collapses is fanciful at best. And depopulation for China would actually be a huge boon for them, not a problem. -swj
