Funny that. I have my father in law's Colt 1945 original cardboard shipping box from Anniston Armory, dated 1962, shipped USPS direct to his home in KS. No fuss, no muss, no forms, send a check, get the item. This is as it should be for ALL weapons. This inability of certain folks to understand the phrase "shall not be infringed" is quite bothersome and certainly infringes in spades.
