ReplyDeleteAs I said in my post, I sure hope the defense lawyers get discovery of all weapons certifications this officer had. Yeah, it's bad form, and a bad idea, to hand a gun shop customer a gun with ammo in it.
Still this goon most certainly had to have been trained (probably multiple times) to not do EXACTLY what he did that day in the shop, and for that no damages should be awarded!
