Woah!

Did you know that you can use cable ties to tie cables?

Zip ties are so useful for so many things that for some reason I've never used one to actually contain a cable.  Until today.

Mind.

Blown.

  1. Yeah I've done that, but about as frequently as I've used duct tape on ductwork...

  2. But you should use aluminum tape on ducting. Even good duct tape degrades when used on ducting.
    I did use a couple of zip strips on some cable this summer. When I changed the speedometer cable on my motorcycle I used a few to secure the cable to the bikes frame.
