I've seen several pro-gun lawyers saying that illegal aliens have gun rights because, of course, they have all the other rights like free speech and protections from illegal search and seizure.
But I think that's wrong.
I think that they don't have all those other rights because of the illegal nature of their presence.
They get the illusion of those rights because the process must not violate the rights of people whom are here legally.
The police must operate on the off chance that the person they are arresting is actually a citizen and behave accordingly; this gives the appearance that the illegals have rights.
PS: If a prison in El Salvador is unacceptable, we COULD release them in Atlantis. What? You never heard from them again? Atlantis is very nice...
They are here illegally.

Legal visitors, legal immigrants and legal temp workers are all here legally and have access to the full legal system of these United States.
Here illegally? There's some serious lawyers who maintain that means that the illegal is here outside of the legal system. So screw the illegals, including those who overstay their various visas. Once you're way outside the law, the law should come down on you like a brick. Come here or stay here without due process and you shouldn't ever get due process, unless it's being extended as a courtesy, to kick you out.
There's even some justification for treating illegals here illegally as potential illegal combatants, which, of course, a summary court martial and an application of heavy metals at a reasonably high velocity is the correct answer to illegal combatants.

The SCOTUS has clearly iterated the use of lethal force is justified to prevent the commission of a felony. If an illegal can purchase and possess a firearm,then there was no accurate process of verifying the 4473, and no valid NCIC. So, ship my next firearm directly to my house, no FFL, BATFE, CLEO, IRS, Etm.
