Did you know that the magazine release on a S&W M&P Shield Plus is reversible from RH to LH?

I did not.

But I do now!


I'd long wondered why there were two slots in the magazine if you couldn't reverse it.

This procedure is NOT in the owner's manual.

    You could do it on the M&P and M&P Pro. Being a lefty I tried it but returned it to the original position. Too much muscle memory to overcome.

      It's in the manual for the big guns.

      A silly thing I do with all my pistols that allow for it is to swap the button over for a couple of sinister-handed tries then put it back dextrous.
