Where DID All The Money Come From Dan?

It appears that Dan Crenshaw is suing Shawn Ryan for asking how he got so wealthy on his congressional salary.

I find that I want to hear the answer to this question because I know several people who've been working for longer at a congressional pay scale and aren't millionaires.

Almost as if there's something congress creatures get to do that normal people don't.

    So... the case goes to court and Dan has to prove the validity of his defense. So we find out where his money comes from after all. What a dumb-ass.

    Just watched the 8 minute Shawn Ryan video at the feral irishman site and gained even more admiration for him.
    And lost even more respect for congress-critters like pirate dan.

    So how can you sue someone over asking a question? I can't see how it could be slanderous unless a false opinion was given to answer it. An open ended question would seem to be fair game.
