8-14 Named Storms (Average is 14)
3-6 Hurricanes (Average is 7)
1-3 Major Hurricanes (Cat 3+) (Average is 3)
45-115% median Accumulated Cyclone Energy.
The Weather Company says:
12 Named Storms
6 Hurricanes
2 Major Hurricanes (Cat 3+)
Colorado State University says:
13 Named Storms
6 Hurricanes
2 Major Hurricanes (Cat 3+)
