Is President Trump citing a terrorist attack in Sweden analogous to Vice President Quayle misspelling potato?

In that it was a small error and mattered not a bit; but that the press will never shut up about it?

      No idea.

      I get the impression that there was no recent attack to specifically reference, but that there has been Islamic related violence running at a low boil in Sweden for a long time (including grenade attacks!)...

      Calling recent ongoing violence a terrorist attack is a lot like spelling potato wrong in the grand scheme of things.
