How old were you when you learned what the original meaning of faggot was?

    I knew the original meaning before I knew about homosexuality. I first spotted a reference to it in an old MAD Magazine collection. That reference was pretty hostile, and I don't think the modern, wussed-down MAD would dare do any such thing.
